The eventual goal and ideals of student and cultural vice-chancellor of achieving its duties and roles, is to cultivate healthy students physically, mentally, culturally  and socially so they can exploit its academic knowledge and specialty in society field and role playing in health system.

This department aligned with cultural goals of sacred Islamic republic system and also the strategic goals of university based on providing context for social empowerment and participation in cultural, social and economic development process of country and emphasizing on unique sensitivity of this deputy regarding social, cultural and political empowerment of students and commitment to beyond one special party performance and having cultural and academic mission has been going forward.
